When having a Pet Minder to stay you must think of every scenario possible so that there are no problems. So what if your pet falls ill or other unforeseen problems occur?

During their sit the Pet Minder will be in regular contact with the agency to report any problems. If necessary a new Pet Minder will be provided.

Should any of your pets fall ill the Pet Minder will contact your own vet, but if necessary the resources of Pet Minders and its veterinary contacts are always at the Pet Minder's disposal.

We will not agree to a sit if we are unable to ensure adequate back-up at all times.

Following a sit you may receive a telephone call to find out if you were satisfied with the Pet Minder. This  helps us to maintain the quality of our service. So you can go away secure in the knowledge that your pet/s are being well looked after.
