Our Pet Minders are drawn from all walks of life and are all animal lovers. They are mature people, as we believe that only mature people will give you, our clients, the confidence you need when you go away. They have been through a selection and checking process. Only if we are satisfied will we be prepared to add them to our list of approved Pet Minders. All our approved Pet Minders are fully insured and are members of The National Association of Registered Pet Sitters [NARPS].
Back-up
It is all very well having a nice Pet Minder for your pet, but what happens if the Pet Minder falls ill, or other unforeseen problems occur? During their sit the Pet Minder will be in regular contact with the agency to report any problems. And, if necessary, a new Pet Minder will be provided. Should any of your pets fall ill the Pet Minder will contact your own vet, but if necessary all the resources of Petminders Ltd are at their disposal.
We will not agree to a sit if we are unable to ensure adequate back-up at all times. We do random follow up checks to find out if our clients were happy with the Pet Minder. This is important to us to help maintain the quality of our services, so that you can go away secure in the knowledge that your pet/s are being well looked after.
